Inside Out’s story began back in the late ’80s in Kearney, Nebraska, where three of our current members met as fraternity brothers. Before long, we were playing all the classic live music venues around Omaha, building a loyal following and loving every minute of it.

Then came a “short” 30-year hiatus.

Now, we’re back—and this time with a secret weapon: Mabel.

​

Mabel brings a fresh energy to Inside Out with her smoky, soulful voice, boundless charisma, and that million-dollar smile. She can deliver gritty rock vocals one moment and smooth, heartfelt tones the next, giving our setlist a whole new dimension. Though young in years, Mabel has the presence and soul of someone who’s lived a few lifetimes—a perfect counterbalance to our seasoned crew.

The result? A band that bridges generations.

 

Our longtime fans in their 40s, 50s, and beyond love grabbing seats early and settling in with a drink, while Mabel’s younger crowd hits the dance floor from the first song to the last. Together, they create the kind of energy every cover band dreams about—a packed house, singing along to every tune, with a vibe that doesn’t quit until the lights come up.
